We are pleased to announce that Melagris sp. z o.o. is implementing a project titled "Construction of a processing facility and installation of a pet food production line, including warehouse and staff facilities." This project has received non-repayable funding under Measure A1.4.1—"Investments to diversify and shorten agricultural and food product supply chains and build the resilience of supply chain participants" (specifically: support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the processing or marketing of agricultural, fishery, or aquaculture products) as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The total net value of the project is PLN 3,802,430.48.
The funding awarded amounts to PLN 1,901,215.24.

The project aims to create an integrated production and warehousing space, which will save time, eliminate downtime, and accelerate the production process, ultimately reducing the manufacturing costs of the final product. An additional benefit of the project will be aligning production standards with IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) requirements. This will enable Melagris to supply food products to major clients—specifically retail chains in Poland and across the EU.

The project comprises four tasks essential to achieving the investment's ultimate goal:
1. Preparation and supervision of the construction of a facility for pet food production and warehousing.
2. Construction of a pet food production and storage facility
3. Purchase of machinery and equipment for the pet food production line; purchase of information and communication technology components.
